Virginia House Bill 2671

House Bill 2671 will become law in Virginia, effective July 1, 2025. HB 2671 was passed in March of 2025. It establishes minimum standards that are applicable to inspections of Septic systems. This is important information for Homeowners, Sellers, prospective Buyers and Septic Inspectors to know.  Be well informed during your property purchase, property sale or refinance.
