In a record breaking sale this month, a Penthouse at JW Marriott Residences Station was sold for $10,250,000, the highest purchase price ever for a Condo in Virginia. Per reports, the buyer purchased both of the 2 Penthouses at JW Marriott and combined them into 1 Unit, for a total of 5,768 interior square feet and 2,000 square feet of Balcony space. 

The previous highest sale record for a Condo sold in Virginia was $5,650,000 in 2024 for a Condo that sold at Waterview Tower in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington.
