I had the pleasure of visiting The Lowell McLean last week for a tour of the property and I took this video while I was there. The Lowell McLean enjoys a prime location in downtown McLean. It's a new construction Condo that just completed construction and started closings last month. I enjoyed meeting with the Sales Team and visiting the Model Residence and several other Condos. 

The Lowell McLean is a boutique style Condo with a total of only 44 Residences. Floor plans are spacious and range in size from 2 - 3 Bedrooms with 2 - 2.5 Baths. Some floor plans also include a Den and most floor plans include a Balcony.

Virginia House Bill 2671

House Bill 2671 will become law in Virginia, effective July 1, 2025. HB 2671 was passed in March of 2025. It establishes minimum standards that are applicable to inspections of Septic systems.
