• 51 of the 132 closed sales are indicated as cash purchases instead of financed
• The highest closed purchase price was $4,420,000 for a waterfront Condo sold at Robinson Landing on May 16, 2025. The Condo has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths and 2,837 square feet. 
• 1-Bedroom Condos: 44 sales. 2-Bedroom Condos: 71 sales. 3-Bedroom Condos: 16 sales

NOTE: A number of new construction Condo sales also closed recently, most of which aren't included in closed sales in the MLS since the majority of Developer owned inventory isn't listed in the MLS. Aidan Old Town, which completed construction this year, is the most recently completed new construction Condo in Old Town.
